Veteran Event Rentals serves Louisville, Southern Indiana, and surrounding communities. Have an event outside our normal service area? Contact us — we may still be able to accommodate you.

Do you deliver and set up the equipment?

Yes! We bring the equipment to your event and handle setup and breakdown. Depending on the rental, we may also remain on-site to help operate the equipment and keep everything running smoothly.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, corporate events, and golf outings. Last-minute availability may be possible, so don't hesitate to contact us.

How long are rentals?

Rental times vary depending on the equipment and event. Our mobile golf simulator, for example, is available in 4-hour, 6-hour, and full day rental options. Custom event arrangements may also be available.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Safety comes first. Outdoor rentals may be affected by rain, high winds, thunderstorms, or other unsafe conditions. If weather becomes a concern, we'll work with you to determine the best available option for your event.

Do I need to provide electricity?

Power requirements vary by rental and location. We'll discuss your event setup with you before your rental and determine what is needed. We do have a gasoline generator in cases where power isn't available!

How much space do I need?

That depends on the rental. Our golf simulator, outdoor screen, and inflatables each have different space requirements. Let us know what you're interested in and we'll help determine whether your location is a good fit.

What is included with the mobile golf simulator?

We provide the simulator equipment, launch monitor, hitting area, display equipment, setup, and breakdown. We can also offer experiences such as closest-to-the-pin challenges, long-drive competitions, Beat the Vet, virtual golf, and custom games.

Do guests need to bring golf clubs?

Guests are welcome to use their own clubs. Contact us when booking if you'll need clubs available for your event so we can discuss your setup. Left-handed clubs are currently unavailable, but will be available in the future!

Can the golf simulator be used for golf outings and fundraisers?

Absolutely. The simulator is a great addition to golf outings, charity tournaments, corporate events, and fundraisers. We can create closest-to-the-pin competitions, long-drive challenges, custom contests, and even transform a par 3 into an iconic virtual golf hole.

What can we use the 24-foot outdoor screen for?

The screen can be used for movie nights, sporting events, UFC or boxing watch parties, presentations, corporate events, school functions, neighborhood gatherings, and more.

Do you provide the movie, sporting event, or other content shown on the screen?

No. Veteran Event Rentals provides the screen and related rental equipment. The customer is responsible for providing the media, streaming service, broadcast, or other content they want displayed, along with any required subscriptions, licenses, or viewing rights. We hope to be able to provide this in the future as we obtain licenses and viewing rights.

Can you set up at a home or backyard?

Yes. Many of our rentals are perfect for residential events. We'll confirm available space, access, power, and any other setup requirements before your event.

Do you offer packages with multiple rentals?

Absolutely! Multiple attractions can be combined for larger parties, corporate events, fundraisers, community events, and other special occasions. Contact us and we'll help put together an event package that fits what you're planning.

How do I reserve a rental?

Use the Book Now option on our website to tell us about your event, what you're interested in, the date, and the location. We'll follow up to discuss availability and the details of your event.
